Our Founder

For 25 years, Ben Fackler has grown his business with the McMinnville community and beyond. To him, being a family business means more than just working with your family, it means treating your crew like family too. With respect, appreciation, and trust that they'll get the job done right.

Ben and his wife Jen have two daughters, Alyssa and Hailey, who both work at FCC. Even after a long day of management and innovation, Ben can always find time to spend with his family and their pug, Ernie. When he’s not on the clock, you might find him in the sky, utilizing his pilot's license as much as he can. Always aiming high.

Meet the Team

Christine Feasel

Christine Feasel is the General Manager of Fackler Construction and its sister company, Pro Handyman Services. She's an accomplished member of FCC and holds the team together with her grounded and personable nature. On the weekends, you can find Christine gardening, hiking, or spending quality time with her sons, Wyatt and Jack.

Alyssa Fackler

As you could probably guess, Alyssa Fackler puts the "family" in the Fackler Construction family business. But helping to manage accounts and administrative work aren't the only things that fill her days. Currently, Alyssa is studying Accounting at Chemeketa Community College, but also loves to get buried in a good book, usually the classics. Alyssa can also be found hanging out with her friends on 3rd Street, or spending time at home with her mom Jen, her sister Haley, and Ernie the pug.

Ray Shulmire

As a Field Supervisor, Ray Shulmire has a knack for overseeing quality, budgets, and keeping everyone on the right time frame. In his 12 years of experience in construction, Ray knows good management is integral to a company’s success, and he’s proud to be a part of this philosophy. Another aspect he appreciates about Fackler Construction is the people; “they’re more like friends than coworkers.” When he’s not at work, Ray enjoys going on hikes and walks with his wife (Crystal), and their kids (Bently and Hannah). As for the future of FCC, Ray expects to see bigger commercial projects and expansion. It’s possible, he says, when you have people that know how to work, work hard, and work for each other.

Hailey Fackler

Haley Fackler has worked at Fackler Construction Company for the last 2 years. While she enjoys working with numbers, tracking budgets, and handling accounts, one of her favorite parts of the job is working with her family. Haley really enjoys the environment, and the responsibilities of day-to-day office life. When she’s not working with her dad Ben and her sister Alyssa, Haley loves to explore downtown McMinnville and practice her drawing and painting skills.
